Our Platform Guidelines

In this Terms and Conditions document, certain terms are used consistently to ensure clarity in the agreement between AM99 and platform members. The word "Platform" refers to the am99 website accessible at am99.vu and the official am99 mobile app. "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds a valid account at am99. "We" or "AM99" refers to the company that operates this gaming platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by AM99, including use of the website, mobile app, gaming products, payment systems, bonus programs, and any other interactions with our platform. The scope of this agreement covers all activities carried out by members on the AM99 platform, regardless of the device or access method used.

The latest version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available on this page. In the event of any discrepancy between a translated version and the original Malay version, the Malay version shall take precedence as the official reference.

To register and use the am99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Being an individual capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
• Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list issued by any authority
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party
• Not holding an existing AM99 account, whether active or frozen
• Using the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes, not for commercial or professional use

The AM99 account registration process is free and can be completed in under two minutes. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. AM99 follows a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to ensure the safety of all platform members.

Every member is fully responsible for the security of their account, including maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. AM99 will never ask for your password through any communication channel., whether via email, live chat, or phone. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one AM99 account at any given time
• Personal information must be updated promptly whenever any changes occur
• Your password must be unique and must not be shared with any party
• Suspicious account activity must be reported within 24 hours.
• AM99 is not liable for losses resulting from a member's failure to maintain account security.

AM99 supports a wide range of secure and trusted payment methods for the convenience of Malaysia members, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All financial transactions are processed through channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your financial data.

Deposit requirements: The minimum deposit is RM10 and the maximum varies depending on the chosen payment method. All deposits are processed in real time and will be credited to your account shortly after payment confirmation is received.

Withdrawal requirements: The minimum withdrawal is RM30. Withdrawals will be processed within five minutes of approval, subject to successful KYC verification. AM99 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

• Deposited funds must be used for gaming activity and may not be transferred directly to third parties.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (where applicable)
• AM99 reserves the right to request supporting documents for withdrawals exceeding certain limits.
• Any attempted money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities
• Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

AM99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing members as part of our rewards program. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated in each promotional offer. The specified wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Welcome bonuses and other periodic promotions are granted at AM99's discretion. AM99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Members who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to the use of automated software, unauthorized multi-account collusion, or exploitation of system errors — will face strict action, including bonus cancellation and account suspension.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the promotional terms.
• Wagering requirements are typically between 20x and 35x depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses have a set validity period and will expire after that date.
• Each promotion has its own minimum and maximum bet limits
• VIP members enjoy exclusive bonuses with more favorable terms.

AM99 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games on our platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent testing bodies, ensuring every game outcome is fully random and cannot be influenced by any party.

Every game has its own rules that all members must follow. Wins obtained through illegitimate means — including the use of third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, hacking, or exploiting system bugs — will be fully voided. AM99 reserves the right to conduct a thorough investigation into any activity deemed unusual or suspicious.

AM99 members are expected to conduct themselves courteously and respectfully in all platform interactions, including in live chat and communications with the customer support team. AM99 does not tolerate any form of harassment, threats, abusive language, or behavior that may negatively affect other members' experience.

Members are prohibited from using the AM99 platform for any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, identity fraud, or any other criminal activity. AM99 will cooperate fully with authorities in any investigation involving illegal activity on our platform.

• Using bots, automated software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use it is strictly prohibited.
• Creating fake accounts or using another person's identity is strictly prohibited.
• Spreading false information or defaming AM99 or other members is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform is strictly prohibited.

AM99 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for reasonable cause, including breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or at the request of relevant authorities. In the case of temporary suspension, the member will be notified via their registered email.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the AM99 customer support team. Before account closure is processed, all pending wagering requirements must be fulfilled and any valid remaining funds will be returned to the member within the stipulated timeframe.

• Valid remaining funds will be returned within 7 business days after a legitimate account closure.
• Bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure.
• Accounts frozen due to a breach may not be eligible for a fund refund.
• Members whose accounts are terminated for fraud will not be permitted to re-register.

AM99 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, there are situations beyond our control — such as technical disruptions, third-party network failures, natural disasters, or other extraordinary circumstances — that may affect platform availability.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AM99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. AM99's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the thirty days prior to the claim arising.

AM99 takes our responsibility to protect members' personal information seriously. All data collected during registration and platform use will be used solely for platform operations, identity verification, transaction processing, and service-related communications.

AM99 will not sell, transfer, or disclose members' personal information to third parties without member consent, except where required by law or a legitimate authority directive. For more information on how we handle your data, please refer to Privacy Policy in full.

It is the member's responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the AM99 platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through mutually agreed arbitration before any legal action is pursued.
